In order for us to issue an RMA number if needed for support, please be sure to also include the product name and serial number.
Please note: If you wish to have your device returned if the repair is not carried out, we will charge our service fee of 490 Euros + shipping costs and VAT. The disposal of your defective old device at RTW is free of charge.
The service flat fee may include, but is not limited to the following activities:
Packing/unpacking, fault analysis, repair quotation, storage, reinitialization, software update, firmware update, small parts and consumables, endurance test.
All spare parts and any additional working time required for the repair will be listed and invoiced separately.
